ASSEMBLY SOLUTIONS
As a global supplier of solder technologies, fluxes, cleaners and other attachment materials for the electronics assembly industry, we develop innovative materials that join electronic circuits in high volume device manufacturing. Our high-performing interconnect materials are used to assemble consumer electronics from circuit boards, discrete electronic components, connectors and integrated circuit substrates.
Job Purpose
Promote timely response to key Korea customer’s technical requirements, such as high level trouble Shooting, new product launches and finish joint development programs activities with R&D and product team.
Job Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities
- Set-up of process condition of new material
- Controlling of process equipment- Dispensing equipment
- Set-up of Test method (Reliability test) à Including screening test
- Technical service of customer’s request (Qualified products)
- Self-directed experiments (checking of process ability , set up of product and set-up of test method)
- Accurate understanding of customer's request
- Cooperate with Team member, QC and Production Team
- Analysis of the trend of application
- Analysis of failure mode of hi-tech products
Job Requirement
- PhD or MSc Polymer Chemist/Engineer/Scientist with some industrial experience
- 3-5 years working experience in display, camera, auto and semiconductor
- Strong technical background and willingness to learn new technologies
Demonstrated ability to use scientific methods
Good team building, conflict resolution and interpersonal skills
Ability to work and communicate effectively within the organization
Fluent in English & Korean
Good computer proficiency.
