Marketing Executive [Oman]


 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • At least three (3) years of demonstrated experience as a marketing officer or similar position.
  • Understanding of marketing trends and their impact on business
  • Experience in organizing and coordinating company events

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to grow business and evaluate effectiveness using Marketing standard metrics.
  • Develop a marketing plan covering monthly, quarterly, and annual activities.
  • Conduct market research and analyze economic trends to find areas to increase business revenue, product offerings, and sales.
  • Manage and improve brand recognition through integrated marketing campaigns (IMCs).
  • Plan, develop and execute quad-media campaigns (Below the Line (BTL), Above the Line (ATL), Out of Home (OOH), and social/digital to promote the company's products and services.
  • Ensure marketing campaigns are successful by managing communications to stakeholders, internal customers, and external customers.
  • Represent the business at events and serve as spokesperson.
  • Manage expenses in coordination with management by developing an annual marketing budget, cutting unnecessary costs, and cutting unnecessary expenses.
  • Spearhead the revamp of website in collaboration with designers and web developers.
  • Manage press and handle public relations strategies for the company.
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of brand image and reputation through clear messaging, content management and creative synergy across all media, as well as collaboration with influential social media personalities.
  • Plan and execute menu launch in collaboration with creative agencies or third-party vendors
  • Prepare marketing reports (weekly, monthly, annual) for all marketing activities, including customer complaints and suggest contingency plans if necessary.
  • Manage all current and future social media accounts in accordance with the approved policies and standards on social media.
  • Manage the marketing side of the delivery partners (e.g., Talabat, TM Done, etc.) and coordinate with other departments (Accounts and Operations) as well as addressing customer complaints and concerns.
  • Manage customer complaints and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues.
  • Responsible for managing the company's digital communication channels, including WhatsApp, email, and telephone, and responding to customer queries and concerns.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
