Job Description: We are seeking a talented and driven Product Manager to join our team and take ownership of the end-to-end product lifecycle. As a Product Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, marketing, and sales, to define product strategies, prioritize features, and drive product success. This role requires strong leadership abilities, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of customer needs and market dynamics.
Responsibilities:
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market research, customer feedback, and business goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Translate customer needs into clear and actionable product requirements.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure successful product delivery.
- Define and track key product metrics to measure success and inform product decisions.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop effective product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
- Gather and analyze user feedback to drive product improvements and enhancements.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer demands.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in product management, preferably in the technology industry.
- Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Familiarity with product management tools, such as JIRA or Asana.
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles and best practices.
- Understanding of data analysis and visualization tools.

Experiance:
- Responsible for defining product strategy, conducting market research, and collaborating with teams to ensure successful product launches and improvements.
- Proven track record in product management, market research skills, ability to translate customer needs into product requirements, understanding of Agile product development.
- Minimum 4 years experiance
- Arabic and English required
