Job Description

Cybalink Solutions is an Australian owned Outsourcing Company providing services to organizations across the globe. DOCUMENT CONTROLLER

Responsibilities include but is not limited to:

  • Maintain a database of client’s fleet management of offshore vessels, supplier/vendor information and engagements, project design, implementation, and post construction documents, etc.
  • Timely, accurate preparation and transmittal of incoming and outgoing project documentation to specified recipients
  • Review of documentation prior to issue re document numbering, revision control and basic formatting compliance
  • Timely confirmation of receipt on all outgoing transmittals within the specified timeframes
  • Assist in the maintenance and updates of the Quality Control and Document Management systems as and when required

The successful candidate should have/be:

  • Qualification in Business administration or similar is desirable.
  • Experience working with oil and gas projects
  • Knowledgeable in Proact Norwegian system and SharePoint is an advantage
  • Previous experience working with document control and document management systems
  • PC Proficient with and extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Good prioritization skills, time management, scheduling, goal setting, organizational skills, multi-tasking, and stress management
  • High level of attention to detail & accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills

Must be willing to work onsite at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php35,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
