Responsibilities
- Provide assistance in managing the data entry
- Review and make amendment for the information entered if needed
- Provide assistance in the installation of the software
- Provide assistance in diagnosing and solving hardware fault
- Troubleshoot system failures or bugs
- Provide assistance in Management Information System
