We're seeking a talented individual to join us as the new CMR Team Coordinator!


The position


In this exiting opportunity, you will provide coordinating and administrative support to our CMR department, enabling the functions, managers, and staff to achieve business targets efficiently and effectively.


Your responsibilities may include,


  • Coordinating support to the CMR department and customer initiatives, including events and communication.

  • Monitoring the department budget, handle purchase orders, invoice matching and reconcile requests and invoices.

  • Offering administrative support for Medical Affairs-driven events, including budget planning, CME point requests, venue reservations, invitations, and participant confirmations.

  • Planning and organising onsite and offsite staff events

  • Assisting in onboarding new employees, manage department distribution lists and actively participate in team meetings to contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications


You have decided to apply for this exciting opportunity because you already have a few years of administrative experience supporting dynamic, cross- functional and diverse teams. You are organised, structured and eager to take on a new challenge and develop into your full potential!

Furthermore,

  • You have a commercial or administrative qualification, formal executive assistance qualification or a bachelor’s degree
  • You are reliable, trustworthy and a team player
  • You are proficient in German and English (French language is a plus).

Novo Nordisk Pharma AG is the Swiss Affiliate, with over 90 employees, located at the Circle, Zurich Airport. The Swiss Affiliate belongs to Region North West Europe, which is part of IO (International Operations).
