ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT WITH PROJECT MANAGERIAL SKILLS
Sebastian Quinn Building Workshop is a small and thriving boutique architecture firm based in Brooklyn, NY. We are seeking an administrative assistant to help organize and oversee the firm's many projects. Experience with a project management system such as Smartsheet, Monday or Jira is a must. Candidate must also be familiar with Intuit Quickbooks and basic invoicing practices. Strong communication skills required. This is a remote job, though some preference may be given to local candidates. Thought this is a remote job with flexible hours, we are seeking a highly organized and focused individual.
