Head of Resto [Indonesia]


 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Age around 28 - 45 years old
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma Degree in Food & Beverage/ Hospitality/ Culinary, Bachelor's Degree is preferred
  • Have a minimum of four years of working experience in the same positions and or in Food & Beverage / Catering Industry
  • Have experience or are familiar in running a resto team that includes cook, server, QC team, and PPIC team.
  • Have experience in handling or producing big portions daily (Up to 1000 portions / day)
  • Have great relations or connections with F&B vendors
  • Understand restaurant hygiene and material quality control
  • Certified as a Nutritionist is preferred, but not required
  • Have good leadership, problem-solving and communication skills
  • Highly Proactive
  • Able to work well under pressure
  • Possess strong Religious characters
  • Having excellent communication in English would be an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS. Office (Esp. Ms.Word & Ms.Excel) and the internet.
  • Ready to join as soon as possible

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Manage and control the day-to-day kitchen operation (production, quality control, etc.)
  • Control the costs and liaising with the suppliers
  • Creates healthy menus with a wide variety for each day
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment and ensure only the highest quality products are being served
  • Handle daily team member relations and encourage problem-solving by team member
  • Ensure all workings are well documented and report to operations director
  • Others

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: Rp7,800,000 - Rp10,000,000 per month

  • D1-D4 (Preferred)
