Tasks
TasksTasks- Support of the training team (Technical Training, Non-Technical Training and Administration) on day-to-day tasks for the Central and Eastern European markets
- Planning and implementation of key training projects with guided supervision
- Assistance in organization and preparation of local and international training events
- Preparation and support in the creation of statistics and KPI Reporting
- Support in creation of presentations for internal and external purposes (i.e., importer conferences)
- Assistance in development, support, and maintenance of the online communication portal
Qualifications
QualificationsQualifications- Study in Business Administration, Business Engineering, or a comparable study
- Fluency in English; German or regional language skills beneficial
- Previous experience within the automotive industry desirable
- Detail-oriented and accurate working attitude
- Project management and/ or consulting experience beneficial
- High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Strong team orientation with independent working attitude
- Strong analytical and communication skills and intercultural awareness
- Ability to work simultaneously on various projects in a highly dynamic and intercultural environment
- Excellent organizational skills
- Driving license and experience
