URGENT HIRING FOR CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE !!!
Looking for an ideal candidate who wants to work with International BPOs and will be responsible for communicating the how's and why's regarding service expectations within a company. Someone loves interacting with people and proactively solving queries. Someone who is confident, smart and hard-working. You will be responsible for converting UK/US customers into passionate evangelists.
Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end service support to our customers.
- Attend to customer queries, issues and grievances over phone, email, live chat and sms.
- Work with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
- Gather and pass on the feedback from customers to product development teams.
- Proactively engage with customers to enhance retention and loyalty.
- Meet the high standards of professional conduct, turnaround time and accuracy set by the team.
Eligibility Criteria
- Excellent verbal and written communication required (Preferred - English)
- For Voice - Focus in fluency + Strong stability.
- Should be fine with working from office.
- Only Graduates (No Btech/BE) can apply. Also Freshers who have graduated can apply.
- Age should be 18+ years.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹22,500 per month.
Schedule:
- Rotational shift.
- 5.5 working days.
Supplemental pay types:
- Travel Allowance.
