Requirement:-
- At least Diploma or Degree in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing or related.
- Drive manufacturing performance by directing all production in the plant.
- Manage, supervise, train, motivate and develop the entire production.
- Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met or followed.
- Overseeing production processes and adjust schedules as needed.
- Ensure that the production is cost effective, control waste and 5S in the production.
- Monitor products standard and produce quality products.
- Identify training needed.
- Ensure all standard practices and policies accordance to ISO19001, IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 and implemented at all the time.
- Participate in ERT and Safety committee.
- Any ad hoc task assigned by superior from time by time.

Salary: RM11,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month

Experience:
- Plastic Injection Moulding: 5 years (Preferred)
