We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Marketing Product Manager to lead the development, positioning and promotion of Nidecker Snowboard Bindings including the Supermatic in the market. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of snowboarding culture, marketing expertise and product management skills, with the ability to drive successful product launches and growth strategies.
This role is available immediately and is based at our HQ in Rolle (Switzerland) where the NDK Group manages some of the best snowboarding brands in the world - Nidecker, Jones, YES., Now & Flow. For more information, please visit our website.
Tasks
Product Strategy and Positioning:
- Work with the Brand Lead, R&D, and Design teams to create a cohesive strategy for Nidecker Snowboard Bindings.
- Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor offerings to guide product development and pricing.
- Gather feedback from customers and pro-riders to improve product development.
- Lead the planning and pricing of our Bindings product line.
- Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery within budget and timelines.
- Promote a collaborative environment for knowledge sharing and creative problem-solving.
- Collaborate with the Brand Lead and Marketing Manager to create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, websites, events).
- Work with creative teams to produce engaging content, including videos, images, and stories highlighting our Bindings.
- Provide sales teams with the necessary tools to effectively communicate product features and benefits.
- Create and execute go-to-market plans for new Bindings products, seasonal collections, and limited releases.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure successful product introductions.
- Design and manage retail displays, packaging, and materials.
- Monitor key performance metrics and refine marketing strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Proven product marketing experience, preferably in the outdoor or sports industry.
- Understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior.
- Passion for snowboarding culture is a plus.
- Creative thinker with a focus on storytelling and content creation.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, and analytics.
- Collaborative team player with cross-functional abilities.
- Fluent in English and French (written & spoken).
